Terms & Conditions

Welcome to Kanafani Rewards (the "Program"), the loyalty rewards program operated by KANAFANI Sweets & Coffee ("Kanafani," "we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in the Program.

By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not enroll in or participate in the Program.

To participate in the Program, you must:

• Be at least 13 years of age
• Reside in Canada
• Have a valid email address
• Create and maintain a Kanafani Rewards account

3.1 Base Earning Rate

Members earn 10 points for every $1 CAD spent on qualifying purchases before taxes and fees.

3.2 Tier Multipliers

Your tier is determined by your lifetime spend. Once you achieve a tier, you retain it for life as long as your account remains active. Tier downgrades are currently disabled.

Points can be redeemed at a rate of 100 points = $1.00 CAD.

• Minimum redemption: 100 points ($1.00)
• Can be used for drinks, sweets, or store credit
• Redeemable in-store or online

Points have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash. They are promotional credits only.

We reserve the right to terminate accounts for violation of terms, fraud, or inactivity (24 months). Upon termination, all points are forfeited.

We may modify the Program at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of changes.

Your data is handled according to our Privacy Policy. We collect transaction and activity data to administer the program.

Kanafani is not liable for lost points due to technical errors or termination. Our liability is limited to the value of points in your account.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada.
